2002 UNAUTHORIZED GUIDE TO MAJORETTE TOYS
review supplied by Ron Lohr

The first version of this 213 page guide book has a metal spiral binding with colour title page and acetate covers front and back and begins with a detailed history of the Majorette brand.

Starting with Rail Route, continuing on with the early 100 series models, the guide then proceeds to list all the known variations of the 200, 300, 600 and 3000 series. There is a separate trailer chart for 300 series car-trailer combinations.

Also included are various other Series such as 1/18 and 1/24 scale vehicles; licensed Series including Pepsi, Coca Cola, Dallas, Cadbury's, Hello Kitty, Pinder, Digimon, etc.; other interesting series such as Sonic Flashers, Cruisers, and Legends; and numerous Promotional models from all over the world. In addition, all known Majokits are listed, and there are 3 pages of black and white packaging photographs.

The guide contains over 200 color and 400 black and white photographs. There is also a section devoted to close-up photographs, descriptions and designated names for all known wheels used on Majorette 200, 300, 600 and 3000 series vehicles. Whether a collector or seller of Majorettes, this guide will be an invaluable source of interest and information.

Book price is $25 US, $37Cdn and is currently only available through the author. Interested members can write to Ron Lohr at 62 Talbot St., Guelph, Ontario, Canada N1G 2E9; by phone at (519) 824-9230 or by
